with its gold lacquered (inlaid) scabbard and finely sculptured fittings

The Bushido Katana features a forged and folded blade that has a clear
ayasugi hada (folding pattern) and prominently displayed hada (temper
line). These blades are hand forged using both modern and traditional
Japanese techniques. It is made in the forges at Hanwei and then polished
to a mirror-like finish.
For the collector or the practitioner, the Bushido Katana is an excellent
choice. The Bushido comes with a complete maintenance kit and sword bag.

brown Japanese Ito (braid), bronzed and blackened fittings, decorative
silver and gold battle scenes on some of the fittings. The mirror finish,

The Bushido
Katana as a Functional Sword
Bushido literally means “way of the warrior” and if you choose
this fine Katana for your sword practice you will likely feel like one!
With its differentially tempered blade it will work for most purposes
in practice, Iado, and Budo practice among them. Although we do not recommended
this katana for heavy cutting. Light cutting practice (tatami) is no proble
at all.
