This Kiku
Katana is the very basic katana of the Jewel Forge. It’s a cheap,
reliable and a very functional, battle ready Sword.
Unlike some of the
other cheap & strong swords on the sword market today, this Kiku Katana
has an excellent balance and doesn’t feel like a heavy piece of
steel in your hands ! The blade of this katana is made of 1060 spring
steel and thru-hardened. These swords are very strong and reliable cutters.
and can take a 40-45 degree bend and return to its original position making
it an ideal sword for Tameshigiri.
Not only has this
katana a very good blade, it does come with imported Japanese fittings
and real Japanese cotton ito. So no ugly “chinakatana” fittings
and/or a bad wrap on the tsuka of this katana !
If you're a Japanese
martial arts practitioner and like to own a good, functional & nice battle
